Fat grafting as the best and most economical filler
Once the fat is removed by Tickle lipo, the fat cells are reused to fill up the tissue loss in the face ,lips and hands. Again local anesthesia and sedation is needed. Mild swelling and bruising for up to seven days may use make up to camouflage it. Fat grafting to breast and buttocks is also possible. On average 30-50 cc is used for the face and 20-30 cc for the hands equal to 30-50 syringes of restylane or juvederm. Once injected the fat will be processed by the body and 15% would absorp over 3-6 months period. The rest will remain viable.
